What to write about

• Something on this site is wrongCorrections are the most useful message we get. Send the page and the line, and it gets fixed rather than argued about.
• The app misbehavedTell us what you were doing, what happened, and which iPhone. An export that failed halfway is worth reporting: the last one somebody reported was fixed and shipped inside a day.
• A template you wantThere are 100 of them and they came from guessing what trades needed. If yours is missing, say which trade and what it should look like.
• Billing and subscriptionsPurchases run through your Apple account, so refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple rather than by us. We can still help you work out what happened.
• Press and partnershipsSame address. We are a small studio, so it reaches the people who build the thing.

Why there is no contact form

This website has no server behind it. That is the whole reason the slider tool can promise that your photographs never leave your device, and a contact form would need somewhere to post to. We would rather keep the promise than have the text box.
